Our
Daily Pause
Take a moment to pause and savor your tea—it's a moment dedicated to self-care.
A Gentle Daily Pause
A moment of stillness and gratitude
This tea was created to be enjoyed slowly — as a small pause in your day to breathe, reflect, and give thanks.

There is no pressure and no perfection here. Just a few quiet minutes to reset.

Step 1: Begin with gratitude

Before brewing, set your mug down and take one slow breath.
Quietly thank God for the gift of this moment and the care of your body.

No long prayer needed — just acknowledgment.

Step 2: Brew and be present

Add 1 teaspoon of tea to your infuser and pour hot water.
As the blue color unfolds, allow your thoughts to slow.

Let this be a reminder that good things can happen even when you pause.

Step 3: Breathe and release

While the tea steeps (3–5 minutes or more), breathe slowly.
Inhale gently through the nose, hold or count of 4 then exhale a little longer count of 4 through the mouth.
Release what you don’t need to carry right now.
Step 4: Prepare your cup
Remove the infuser.
Add lemon for brightness or honey for comfort — receiving your tea as a simple blessing.
Step 5: Sip and reflect
Create a comfy spot to sit and sip. (Mine is a comfy chair in my living room near a large window) .
As you sip, reflect on one word that feels supportive today — peace, patience, strength, clarity.
Hold it quietly. There’s no need to analyze it.
Step 6: Carry the moment forward
Before finishing your cup, offer a brief moment of thanks.
Let the calm from this pause move with you into the rest of your day.
A simple reminder
Faith doesn’t always need words.
Sometimes it’s found in stillness, gratitude, and care.
Return to this pause whenever you need it.
Ready to enjoy?
