Our  Story

Vision Behind Pum Pum Tea™

For years, I walked alongside women who were exhausted, overwhelmed, and trying to balance life, family, hormones, sexual,  and other health struggles, as well as spiritual wellbeing all at the same time.

As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, I listened to countless women share the same quiet cry:

“I just don’t feel like myself anymore”, or I need to feel more, more......?

Their stories echoed my own—seasons where I felt depleted, disconnected, and longing for a deeper sense of feminine vitality and renewal. I knew there had to be a gentle, natural way to support women from the inside out.

During my own journey, I rediscovered the ancient herbal traditions the ancients once used.—plants created with purpose, design, and beauty.

Let me give you a brief background to my discovery. For as long as I can remember, I have been captivated by nature's quiet wisdom. The ancient herbalists believed the Creator left subtle clues-"signatures-" -within plants or of plants to guide us toward balance, wholeness and beauty.

One afternoon , while talking with one of my sisters about women's wellness, a childhood memory suddenly resurfaced. I remembered the flower my grandmother called "Pum Pum Flower" Latin name Clitoria Ternatea, I spent the next two years being obsessed with reading every scientific study I could find on it.

Let me explain a little more on the concept called- the Doctrine of Signatures. It is the old holistic belief that nature marks each plant with a “signature” that hints at its purpose.

For example, a carrot, when sliced,   mirrors the eye—symbolizing support for vision. A walnut resembles the human brain, with two hemispheres and intricate folds.  Avocados, which  have a womb-like shape, were linked to reproductive health. Beets, with their deep red pigment, were thought to nourish the liver and blood etc.

While symbolic rather than scientific, this doctrine reflects how early healers interpreted nature’s visual cues to guide their understanding of wellness.

The Clitoria Ternatea, with its soft, petal-like bloom, mirrored the feminine anatomy and was used traditionally in many cultures to support libido and female reproductive health. Today,  there are numerous scientific studies showing it supports mental clarity, calm, and renewal.

Combining Clitoria Ternatea with Shatavari,, the Ayurvedic herb  known legendarily as the "Queen of Herbs" or  “she who has a hundred husbands,” -a symbol of feminine strength and lifelong vitality -enough to "care for" a hundred husbands (pun intended), I have discovered a blend that I drink every morning with great personal benefits.

A blend that honors my cycles, my femininity, my glow, and my sexual power.

That is how Pum Pum Tea™ was born—out of science, tradition, intuition, and love. Crafted for myself but I want to share it with every woman who wants to feel balanced, confident, radiant, and spiritually aligned once again.
